Our company was originally founded in 2000 under the name VENTACID.

In 2007, we became part of the renowned French group Europe Environnement, a global leader in the treatment of corrosive and odor-bearing gas emissions.

In 2013, we joined the Belgian John Cockerill Group. Becoming part of this group meant adopting a unified visual identity, including a new logo that clearly reflects our belonging to John Cockerill. As a result, on January 1, 2017, the name Ventacid Hungaria officially became CMI Environment Hungary.

This evolution of our visual identity reflects the Group’s overall strategy, but it also underscores our long-standing commitment to environmental protection. Through our water treatment and air treatment systems, we actively contribute to reducing industrial emissions and preserving natural resources.
